Use the pencil to trace a 2-inch circle on the desired color of felt. Cut out circle with pinking shears.

Using the pattern as a guide, trace and cut stars from the various colors of felt.

Glue the stars to circles pairing alternate colors.

Add a dot of glue to the center of each star and add an acrylic jewel.

Use fabric paint to outline each circle. Let all of the glue and paint dry.

Cut a thin 1-inch strip of felt and glue the ends to the back of the circles in matching colors. When dry, insert straw.
